Hey crew sorry about potato quality have tried to use quarantine to start learning to do the splits and was interested to see if you had any tips? I pretty much always had my right splits thanks to ballet and natural flexibility. Then I started cheerleading as an adult and got my left splits.
I have found a lot of YouTube videos that have helped me through it. I particularly love Anna McNulty even though watching her is a little frustrating sometimes because she is literally made of rubber. I'm in the same boat!
